ok so today we are going to be learning how to make a pear and kale green shake or green smoothie um..kale of course which is right here and has been washed and cut is highly nutritious calorie per calorie it is probably the most nutritionally dense of the leafy greens it is good to use as much as you can because it adds a tremendous amount of nutrition

essential fatty acids super healthy, lots of protein as well they are fairly calorically dense so if you are on on a caloric deficit, you may want to watch your intake with those but they add a bit of a nutty flavour to the smoothie i'm also going to add


green tea matcha which is basically broken down and condensed green tea you can get these in pretty much any health food store green tea matcha is very anti-oxidant dense as well as it adds flavor to the green smoothie lets put some of that in there


and we will proceed to blend this ok so now we have this dark green looking green smoothie it is very healthy and also tastes good as well now it is important when you make green shakes to chew them even though they are in a liquid form the reason being is the body releases enzymes in the saliva that aids with digestion if you just chug the green shake back


without chewing it and releasing those enzymes you may end up with a little bloat and gas so lets give this green smoothie a try you might find the shake not that sweet to deal with that you can add more bananas which really boost the flavour of the smoothie more rasberries to cool the shake which


will dull the flavour you can also use stevia in the green shake which it is pretty much calorie free and that adds a lot of sweetness to the blended green smoothie
