"how can you continue being consistent on your diet without counting macros and calories? i've covered this a few times but my favorite thing to do when it comes to tracking the diet is get into a really good habit and a pattern of eating similar foods on a daily basis. and what a lot of people do is they'll have their off-day calories that they tend to eat,


and their training day calories. and that intake will flux a little bit depending on what they're doing. some people tend to eat more calories and carbohydrates on their training days and fewer calories or fewer carbohydrates on their off days. so what i like to employ here is something called uniform eating. and that's basically having the same breakfast, the


same lunch, and a similar dinner and then having the same pre- or post-workout meal depending on the day you're training. so if you're eating similar meals on a consistent basis, you don't have to put everything on the scale every single time you have your breakfast or your lunch. if you're having eggs and oatmeal, you probably have a


good idea of how many eggs and how much oatmeal you're having. if you have a glass of milk, you're probably pretty consistent on how much you're having every single day, so instead of worrying about measuring and tracking every single thing, if you get into a habit of eating uniformly—eating the same things on a consistent basis, it's going to make


tracking your diet a lot easier because you don't have to pay attention to calories and macros every single day. but one thing i really encourage is if you're going to eat uniformly and you don't want to track, make sure you vary least one or two of your meals throughout the week to make sure you get a wide range nutrients. thank you so much for watching. creating
