[music]tamara newell: hi, and welcome to tamara tv. it's feel beautiful friday, and i'm your host,tamara newell. now last week, we talked about creating a vision for a healthy life thatyou love. and today, we are going to help you get there. the way you get there is withsome strategy. so, do you often make vague statements like, "i'm going to lose five pounds,and i'm just going to eat healthy and work out more." and that's great, that's reallygood. but, chances are, you're going to have to be a little bit more specific about whatthat looks like in a practical way to really meet your goals. so the key to creating alifestyle that is healthy is finding systems that click along week in and week out. youdon't even have to think about it, it's just


what you do. so, you want to be able to createa framework so that your fitness and your food can just flow freely. did you get that?i'm going to say it one more time. you want to create a framework so that your fitnessand your food can flow freely. now what that looks like in my house, is that i know everymonday, i'm going to be spending a couple of hours in the kitchen. i don't scheduleanything else, it's just what happens. it means that i'm washing and chopping fruitsand vegetables. maybe i'll make like, a huge batch of soup for like a quick lunch or adinner when i don't have time to cook. it could be cooking a bunch of hard-boiled eggs,really simple stuff. baking a bunch of chicken cutlets in the oven, something you don't reallyhave to think about, and nothing fancy but


it's there for you for a quick lunch, an easydinner that you don't have to think about. and i know that if i don't do this, i'm goingto be eating things like chips and salsa, and maybe a little bit of chocolate for lunch.and there's been times where i've done that, and i don't feel my best. so keeping thesesteps [?] in-place helps me stay on-track with my healthy life. now, i hope this helpedyou. if it did, share it with someone that you think would benefit from it, like thisvideo and leave a comment. i would like to
